    Username Registration:

    • Users may register any available username within the I see U platform.

    • Usernames referencing public figures, celebrities, brands, or companies may be registered by other individuals.

    • Such accounts shall be clearly marked as "Not Verified."

    Verification of Accounts:

    • Public figures, celebrities, companies, and other entities may apply for official account verification by providing government-issued identification or official documentation.

    • Verified accounts will be granted a "Verified Badge," confirming their authenticity.

    • Users acknowledge that only accounts marked with a Verified Badge represent the authentic individual or organization.

    Fan and Tribute Accounts:

    • Users may create fan or tribute accounts for public figures or brands, provided that such accounts are explicitly identified as "Fan Account" or "Tribute Account."

    • These accounts must not mislead other users into believing they are the official or verified account of the individual or brand.

    Misuse, Complaints, and Enforcement:

    • Any individual or organization may file a complaint regarding impersonation or misleading use of their name, likeness, or trademark.

    • I see U reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

      Suspend or terminate accounts,

      Transfer usernames to the rightful individual or entity,

      Permanently ban users engaging in impersonation or bad-faith conduct.

    Prohibition of Username Sales:

    • The sale, purchase, or transfer of usernames for monetary or other consideration is strictly prohibited.

    • Accounts found to be engaged in such practices may be permanently suspended.

    Disclaimer of Liability:

    • I see U is not responsible for content posted by users, including usernames chosen or accounts created.

    • By registering a username, the user represents and warrants that such use does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, trademarks, and personality rights.

    • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless I see U from any claims arising out of their chosen username or impersonation of another individual or entity.

  5. User Conduct

    Respectful Behavior: You agree to use ISEEU in a respectful and lawful manner. Harassment, abuse, and hate speech are strictly prohibited.

    Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting content, you grant ISEEU a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

    Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm ISEEU or its users, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.

    Monitoring: ISEEU reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

    Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content or behavior. ISEEU will review all reports and take appropriate action.
